Giving Tuesday: How To Support The IIVA

Hello, dear friends! We hope this message finds you well and filled with the joy of live music.

Behind the scenes, we've been hard at work on some fantastic initiatives for Indiana venues and the music scene at large. It feels like just yesterday we were rallying together to Keep Indy Live, and thanks to your incredible support, we weathered the storm. We trust you've been soaking in all the amazing shows (there have been a ton!) you fought so hard to preserve.

Even though we might not pop up in your feed as often, rest assured, we're diligently strengthening the live music infrastructure across Indiana and safeguarding the venues that mean so much to our state.

As #GivingTuesday approaches, we have a small favor to ask. If you're participating, would you consider hosting a Facebook fundraiser for the Indiana Independent Venue Alliance? We're currently raising funds to hire a full-time Executive Director, organize in-state tours for Indiana artists and continue advocating for ticketing reform. Plus, we've restocked our store with more Keep Indy Live tees, and we're crossing our fingers for a new batch of hoodies soon!

To host a fundraiser, simply click on the Fundraisers tab on our Facebook page, select “Raise Money,” fill in the info and share it with your network. It takes less than a minute. You can also make a tax deductible donation directly from our website by visiting our Donate page. If that's not your vibe, no worries—just head to your favorite venue, catch a show, grab some merch, and let their team know how much you appreciate their dedication to bringing live music home in Indiana.

We know you've already done so much, and we're not ones to ask for handouts. But with many of you reaching out and asking how you can help, hosting a fundraiser is a simple and impactful way to lend a hand and fuel our momentum.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you SO much for being part of Team IIVA. Your support means the world to us and keeps the music alive in Indiana.
