Wednesday, February 17th IIVA’s Members took to their social media to rally live music fans in support of a surprise two-week donor match. Anonymous donors pledged up to $4,000 to match fan donations through the end of February.

Through social media messaging and outreach to friends and family, IIVA raised $5,470 in donations. Fan donations, combined $4,000 matching donations from the anonymous donors, brought our the total raise to $9,470.

With the pandemic reaching its year anniversary, venues have faced more than $30 million in combined revenue loss, and no updates on lagging federal relief. The IIVA is grateful for the community generosity and support, through these donations is able to grow the Marquee Relief Fund (MRF) and other grant programs.

To contribute to the MRF, please visit our donation page, purchase our merchandise, or support one of our upcoming fundraisers. If you are an Indiana-based independent venue, or know one that would be interested in becoming a member of IIVA, have them join here.
