Clark Giles, J.D.  (Fellow in Privacy (IAPP), CIPP/US, CISA, CGEIT) currently operates a boutique legal firm in Historic Irvington focusing on creatives and their business endeavors. He also serves as the Chief Technology Officer for the City of Indianapolis and Marion County with over two decades of experience managing complex enterprise IT systems. 

Previously, Clark served as IT Director at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis, and as Chief Compliance Officer for a national electronic payments processing firm. He has been heavily involved in the Indianapolis music scene for his entire adult life from operating an all-ages club to running a record label and playing in bands that have toured the nation. 

Clark is devoted to putting in the work that needs to be done to establish Indiana as a national hub for the creative arts. Clark completed undergraduate and graduate studies at Indiana University (Bloomington) and earned his Juris Doctorate (cum laude) at IU McKinney School of Law. Clark is currently working on his Scientiae Juridicae Doctorate in the area of intellectual property law with a focus on the municipal policy as it relates to creatives.
